m-lisada cultural troupe is a troupe which was initiated two and half years ago with the main aim of promoting african child's talent by giving them an opportunity to stand on stage in front of big congregation and exchange culture,teach people about African culture and norms as well as passing on useful information to the congregation through music dancing and drama.Since our hope love and future lies in their hands,that why we come down right from the grass root and guide motivate as well as teaching them what we wish them to be future.

you can make a difference by being part of the solution in this campaign of finding a better future for the destitutes of Uganda.This is a community based organisation based in Uganda East Africa, which was initiated on 29/08/2009,supporting  disavanteged youth and children who are underprivillaged and not in position to afford on going Universal Primary Education and Universal Secondary Education. plus other kids living an impoverished life .It was started by jally  who have the desire to improve upon the plight of the disadvantaged youth and children by eliminating ignorance through providing basic life,skills and promoting their talents and further leading to better standards of living.
Since its inception, the project has no reliable source of funds.The only mode of survival of the project is cultural music and dance performances as an income genereting activity making only limited perfomances which can be   self sustainable if supported.
The effort of this project will work towards improving the lives of the disadvantaged youth and children of Uganda by raising funds to provide them shelter,self sustaining skills,influstracure,educational opportunities.How ever we need your support to make this happen.Any form of suport will greatly be appreciated and will help Uganda to create a brighter future for the better tomorrow.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

You can make a difference in your community not because your rich or genius but it's with in you your self because as a good citizen who really love your community it's your responsibility.As the saying goes on that "great men begins with simple ideal,"I personally regardless of poor back ground I never looked back I had to continue with  my I deal of starting up this movement to help  the vulnerable kids, orphans and youths in my community after realizing that the number of kids who are suffering living a horrible life in our community was increasing day by day.It's my responsibility and your responsibility to because if do not help these kids they are going to turn into the thugs of tomorrow.Therefore we need to join hands together to keep the fire burning and to spread the word.

It's true that one of the developmental dilemma facing Ugandan societies are deeply ingrained negative attitude towards youth which results into a abuse of human rights.Most are denied access to information,social and economical opportunities.Uganda can not afford to ignore it's youth because each one of them has a right to lead a dignified life and contribute to national development.It's with that back ground that I picked the ideal to find a way of handling issues that impede the advancement of the youth,vulnerable kids and orphans in Uganda. 
Am much interested in sharing this ideal with any person who finds it interesting and feel free to live a comment.  

MAKE A CHANGE IN COMMUNITY

Making a change in a community is a collective effort of all members in the community,though it takes just one person to come up with the ideal implement it and it's a discpline evolved beacause of a need to coordinate resources and technology to secure predictable results.
common tasks include:

1. Establishing goals
2. Breaking dowm the work into wel-defined tasks
3. Charting the work sequences
4. Scheduling
5. Budgeting
6. Coordinating a team
7. Reporting and Communicating regulary.
